We accept returns on unused product within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please Contact Us. Upon approval of your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions regarding the process and destination for sending back your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items promptly. If you notice any defects or damages in the items received, please contact us immediately. This will help us to assess the issue and take the necessary steps to rectify it as soon as possible. For Our Defective products return is actual cost of return shipping and all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- For your responsibility (Customer Remorse):
Lester's Crab Pots will happily accept returns due to customer remorse. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately or within 30 days if the item that you purchase by mistake, doesn't need any more or wrong products so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Also, the items need to returned to us in the original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Exceptions / non-returnable items
